In this case we are offering the FRB-770 series continuous band sealer which is available in three models:

The machine uses graphite iron gears which retain lubricant and offer considerably better performance compared to inferior plastic or nylon gearing.
The machine is equipped with a Stainless Steel structure making it suitable for use in most environments including food production.
The patented heat conduction system employs highly efficient copper thermal transfer components to evenly and consistently seal bags and pouches and to cool the closed seal.
Direct heat sealing context
A band sealer transfers heat into compatible flexible packaging as the seal area travels through the machine. Induction sealing typically heats a conductive foil liner associated with a capped container. The two processes solve different package-construction tasks.
