Show which faces of the hexagonal pack must be labelled

A hexagonal-container enquiry should include a drawing or photograph marking every face that carries a label. Specify whether one label covers a single panel, several adjoining panels or a defined front-and-back arrangement. Include the intended relationship to the closure and any moulded features.

Provide the actual label construction and the container in its production condition. Ask how the proposed handling arrangement establishes orientation and keeps the chosen panels consistent at application. The automatic and compact routes should be assessed against the complete format and production pattern rather than the shape name alone.

Panel geometry
Record flat-panel dimensions and transitions between faces. Include normal variation in containers from the intended supplier.
Appearance standard
Mark permitted label position and any unacceptable edge lift, wrinkle or panel misalignment on a finished sample.

Can a hexagonal bottle be assessed as a round bottle of the same width?

Do not assume equivalent handling. The panel orientation and label coverage need a specific review using the actual container and label.
