Logistics & Fulfilment Production Machinery

In logistics and fulfilment, speed, accuracy, and adaptability are everything. Whether you’re packaging consumer goods, assembling subscription boxes, or preparing wholesale shipments, our automation solutions help you move products faster while maintaining presentation and consistency. Designed for versatility, our filling, capping, and labelling systems integrate seamlessly into pick-and-pack lines, reducing manual labour and ensuring every order leaves your facility looking professional and accurate.

Filling Machines

While many logistics operations don’t manufacture the product, some fulfilment centres handle final-stage bottling, portioning, or sample filling.

  • Volumetric Cup or Auger Fillers – Ideal for dry goods, powders, or granular products like samples, kits, or promotional packs.

  • Peristaltic or Piston Fillers – For liquids, oils, or viscous samples being packed into retail or promotional containers.

Capping Machines

Fast changeovers and flexibility are essential for fulfilment centres that handle varied products.

  • Automatic Spindle Cappers – Work with multiple cap types without long setup times, perfect for diverse packaging runs.

  • Semi-Automatic Cappers – Compact and ideal for smaller-batch or seasonal fulfilment projects.

Labelling Machines

Presentation and identification are key in fulfilment—both for customer experience and operational efficiency.

  • Wrap-Around Labellers – For bottles and cylindrical containers, ensuring consistent branding across batches.

  • Front-and-Back Labellers – For cartons, flat pouches, or rectangular containers.

  • Print-and-Apply Labelling Systems – Automatically generate and apply shipping or barcode labels, integrating directly with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).

Why This Combination Works

Using flexible fillers, versatile cappers, and multi-format labellers allows fulfilment operations to:

  • Handle a wide range of products without costly downtime

  • Maintain consistent, professional packaging for end customers

  • Integrate smoothly into existing packing lines and order management systems

Logistics and fulfilment packaging questions

How should variable parcels, labels and data be specified?

Direct answer: Define the parcel, carton or mailer size and weight range, surface, presentation, code and label data, application face, conveyor spacing, verification, rejection and response to missing order data. Use the least stable and most difficult packs in trials; a system set up on rigid regular cartons may not handle soft or variable-height parcels in the same way.

How should a wide pack range be qualified?

Create a format matrix with measured extremes, compressibility, centre of gravity and required orientation. Identify packs that cannot share one handling route and any manual exception process.

When is print-and-apply useful?

Print-and-apply can generate shipment or product labels from variable data close to application. The data source, label association, verification and failed-label response must be defined as well as the mechanical applicator.

How should scans and rejects be integrated?

State where the code is read, how the pack is tracked to the decision point, how rejection is confirmed and what happens if the reject route is full or unavailable. A scanner read does not by itself prove that the pack reached the correct destination.
