Define the connected process instead of combining standalone speeds

The sustainable output of a production line depends on product supply, component feeding, transfer, quality checks, changeovers and downstream packing as well as each machine cycle.

Create a process map from infeed to finished discharge. Record which machine owns each transfer, the normal and recovery speed, buffer behaviour and what happens when a station blocks or starves. Include coding, inspection, rejection and manual tasks in the same flow.
