Glues & Adhesives Production Machinery

In the adhesives sector, precision and mess-free application are crucial—especially when working with products that range from thin bonding agents to thick construction-grade glues. Our filling, capping, and labelling machines are built to handle sticky, viscous, and fast-curing products without clogging or downtime. With robust construction, easy-clean designs, and customisable dispensing systems, we help you achieve clean, accurate fills and packaging that’s ready for retail or industrial use.

Filling Machines

Glues and adhesives require equipment that can handle high viscosity and maintain consistent dispensing without drips or air pockets.

  • Piston Fillers – Ideal for thick adhesives like construction glue, epoxy, or sealants, ensuring accurate dosing and smooth fills.

  • Gear Pump Fillers – Suitable for medium-viscosity adhesives that require a steady, controlled flow.

  • Hot Melt Fillers – Specialised systems for products that need to be kept at elevated temperatures before dispensing.

Capping Machines

Adhesive packaging often uses twist nozzles, applicator tips, or screw caps with precision spouts.

  • Automatic Chuck Cappers – Provide accurate torque for small, delicate closures like nozzle caps.

  • Automatic Spindle Cappers – Great for higher speeds and a variety of screw cap styles.

  • Specialised Tip & Nozzle Placement Systems – For glues that require applicators to be placed and secured during capping.

Labelling Machines

Adhesive packaging must remain legible and professional despite potential product residue.

  • Wrap-Around Labellers – For cylindrical bottles or tubes.

  • Front-and-Back Labellers – For flat-sided adhesive containers.

  • Durable Label Applicators – Designed to apply high-adhesion labels that resist peeling in messy or high-use environments.

Why This Combination Works

By combining viscosity-ready fillers, precision cappers, and durable labellers, you get:

  • Accurate, mess-free fills

  • Secure, leak-proof closures

  • Long-lasting, compliant labelling that holds up during storage and use

Glue and adhesive packaging questions

How should stringing, curing and product recovery be assessed?

Direct answer: Test the adhesive at its actual filling temperature and age, with the intended supply pressure, container opening and shutdown pattern. Define strings, drips, curing or skinning, solvent or vapour information, cleaning agent, product recovery and the acceptable neck and exterior condition. A filler that doses correctly may still be unsuitable if product sets in the contact path or contaminates the closure.

What affects nozzle cut-off?

Viscosity, elasticity, temperature, nozzle bore, closing action, dosing speed and pause time can all change string formation. Include starts after realistic downtime and the longest expected production stop.

How should cleaning and shutdown be defined?

State whether the product is flushed, purged, capped, heated, removed or disposed of and how quickly action is required after a stop. Confirm compatibility of seals, hoses and cleaning media with the product supplier or a suitable technical assessment.

Why is closure application part of the filling trial?

Adhesive on the neck can prevent seating, alter torque or bond components unintentionally. Trial the full container and closure immediately after realistic filling and define the accepted clean condition.
